  • Q. How do I create an account?

    Creating an account is easy. Just follow the below easy steps;

    • Click on Register
    • Enter your Name
    • Enter your Email ID
    • Enter a Password

    Your email ID will be used as the default username for your Cart2Gulf account

  • Q. Is it necessary to have a Cart2Gulf account to shop?
    Yes. Only a registered user can shop at Cart2Gulf. A registered user can choose a password for their account so that when they return to Cart2Gulf in the future, our system will remember their shipping address and preferred mode of payment. This will save them from the trouble of having to fill those in again. The password can also be used to make changes to the order and account information. As with all passwords, do ensure to choose something you’ll remember the next time you want to place an order. While choosing a password, please remember that passwords are case sensitive and must be a minimum of 6 characters. Passwords should be guarded carefully. Remember, accounts can be accessed by anyone who knows the password.
  • Q. How can I make payments on my purchases with Cart2Gulf?
    You can make payments to Cart2Gulf using Credit Cards, Debit Cards and Net Banking
    • You can pay using your Visa, Master Card or American Express Card which has been issued in UAE.
    • You may also use a credit card issued by a foreign bank, however you will be required to provide a copy of the credit card (showing only first four and last four digits of the card number) and a valid photoID proof of the card holder. This is as per fraud prevention requirements of Indian Payment Gateways.
    • We accept all Debit Cards for your purchase.

  • Q. Does Cart2Gulf provide installment schemes for high priced products?
    Cart2Gulf does not have an installment scheme. However, you may contact your credit card issuing bank to convert your purchases into Easy Monthly Installments.
  • Q. Is it safe to enter my banking information online while shopping on Cart2Gulf?
    Cart2Gulf does not collect or store your credit card account information. This information is used as an input directly on the Payment screen of the Payment Gateway, authorized by your credit card issuing company.
  • Q. Can I provide my Credit/Debit card account details over the phone?
    This option is not available currently.
  • Q. Do I have an option of Cash on Delivery for my Cart2Gulf purchase?
    This option is not available currently.
  • Q. When does the money get debited from my account?
    The amount is automatically debited as soon as you complete the online transaction process on the secure payment gateway
  • Q. I just received my credit card bill and I have been billed more than the amount charged by Cart2Gulf at the time of my purchase. Why?
    This is probably due to a "foreign usage" surcharge levied by some credit card issuers and typically happens for a couple of reasons as below. However, please contact your Bank for further information
    • You used an India-issued credit card as a USD payment method on an international payment gateway like PAYPAL
    • You used a non-India issued credit card as an INR payment method
  • Q. What should I do if my payment fails?
    In case of successful payment, you will receive an email confirmation from Cart2Gulf. In case of a payment failure, please retry ensuring:
    • Information passed on to payment gateway is accurate, i.e. account details, billing address, password (in case of net banking)
    • Your internet connection is not disrupted in the process
    • If your account has been debited after a payment failure, it will be rolled back after confirmation from the bank. It will take about 7-10 business days for the refund. You can contact our Customer Support Executive with your order number or send an email to care@cart2india.com for any clarifications.
  • Q. Are there any hidden charges when I make a purchase on Cart2Gulf?
    There are absolutely no hidden charges when you make a purchase with Cart2Gulf. Prices include all applicable shipping fees and custom duties. Government levied Octroi charges are applicable only in certain parts of Maharashtra. The Octroi charge is decided as per the government regulations and has to be paid to the courier service at the time of delivery.
Shopping & Delivery
  • Q. When will I receive my purchase?
    We do not hold stocks of any products. We attempt to process every order within 24 hrs. Exact shipping time depends on the availability of certain products and will be communicated during the purchaseprocess.

    Imported Catalogue - We back order your purchase with our suppliers across the world. Our standard delivery timeline is 14 days . This is to allow time for international shipping.

  • Q. Do we deliver products outside Gulf?
    Currently we deliver only within India and Gulf. You can place an order on our website from anywhere in the world; however please ensure that the delivery address is within India and Gulf.
  • Q. What are the courier services that Cart2Gulf use?
    Imported items are shipped by our courier partners which is Chronos Couriers. We also use aremax for local shipping depending upon your location and reach.
  • Q. Will I be intimated with the status of my purchase?
    Yes. You will be receiving an Order Number against every purchase that you make. Once your purchase is shipped from our warehouse, you will also receive a shipping reference number or the courier tracking ID. All communications pertaining to your purchase status would be done through emails. You can also contact our Customer Support Executive to know more about your purchase.
  • Q. What should I do if I cannot track the AWB number on the courier service provider’s website?
    AWB number will be updated on the courier service provider’s website within 24 hours from the time you have been intimated. If you are not able to track the AWB number after 24 hours, please contact our Customer Support Executive to know more about the delivery status
  • Q. What happens if I am not available to receive my parcel?
    Should you not be present when our courier attempts to deliver your parcel, our courier partner makes attempts to reach you via a phone call and SMS. Please ensure that you take calls from our courier partner to facilitate delivery of your package. A second attempt will automatically be made within 24 hours. After the second attempt, our courier will hold on to your parcel for 3 days awaiting further instructions from the recipient before returning your parcel to orgin.
    Once the parcel has been sent back to us, you must wait until it arrives in our Order Processing Center. At this time you will automatically receive an email asking you if you would like us to resend your parcel .We will hold the parcel for you at our Order Processing Center for a week from the time we send you an email. If we do not hear from you in this timeframe we will need to cancel your order and refund as per the refund policy.  Please note the shipment cost for resending the parcel will be borne by the customer.
  • Q. Can I choose the delivery date?
    We are unable to make changes to your expected delivery date. Once we receive the stock in our Order Processing Center, the items are sorted and put into parcels for dispatch to our members. During this preparation phase, we are unable to intervene to dispatch your parcel before or after the others.
Cancellation & Refunds
  • Q. Why was my order not processed by Cart2Gulf?

    Imported Catalogue - We share our inventory with our suppliers abroad, where there is a very low possibility of product going out of stock. Also, we rely on our merchants to publish accurate weight of all the products listed, based on which we calculate the shipping cost of your purchase. Merchants sometimes publish incorrect weights, which we know only after the product reaches our warehouse. In such scenarios, we would contact you and take an approval for the difference in price or an alternative product. If you do not wish to incur the additional cost or the alternative product, we will cancel your purchase. Please refer to the refund policy for further information on refunds.

    In the event of your purchase not meeting the agreed delivery timeline, you have the option to cancel your purchase for a completed refund. Please contact our Customer Support Executive for further information

  • Q. Can I cancel the order after it is placed?

    We at Cart2Gulf strive to provide you with the best possible experience while you shop with us online.

    Imported Catalogue - You can cancel your purchase within 24 hours for order placement. This includes items purchased on sale. The refund amount will be credited back on your payment method. Any cancellation after 24 hours of your purchase would levy cancellation charges. Please refer to the refund policy for further information on refunds.

  • Q. Can I modify my order after placing it?
    Most orders you place on Cart2Gulf enter the shipping process very quickly so we can get your items to you as soon as possible. Imported Catalogue - If you want to modify your purchase, please contact our Customer Support Executive within 24 hours of your purchase only.
  • Q. When will I receive my refund for a purchase which has been cancelled?
    The refund amount will be credited back on your payment method within 5 working days.
  • Q. Will I get a complete refund when my purchase is cancelled?

    Imported Catalogue - Any purchase cancelled by Cart2Gulf due to stock or pricing issues will be eligible for a full refund of the amount through your method of payment. Any cancellation of the purchase by you within 24 hours of order placement will be eligible for a full refund. Any cancellation of the purchase by you after 24 hours of order placement will levy cancellation charges as follows

    Domestic Catalogue - Any purchase cancelled by Cart2Gulf due to stock will be eligible for a full refund of the amount through your method of payment. Any cancellation of the purchase by you prior to the shipping process will be eligible for a full refund. Any cancellation of the purchase by you for an item which has already been shipped will be eligible for a refund of 80% of the purchase value

  • Q. What is the Cart2Gulf Return policy?
    • Imported Catalogue - We will accept the return of your purchase only if the item received is in damaged, defective or incorrect. All such issues need to be reported to our Customer Support Executive within 1 day of the delivery.
    • We may ask you to send us the pictures of the damage/wrong item received.
    • Returns will not be accepted after 3 days of delivery
    • All items to be returned must be unused and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact along with invoice.
    • Please do take care that that you pack items securely and safely to prevent any loss or damage during transit.
    • Cart2Gulf will assign pick up only in pincodes where our courier services are available. The item needs to labelled with Cart2Gulf shipping address
    • For all self shipped returns, we recommend you use a reliable courier service.
    • For all self shipped returns, once your return is received by us, you will be reimbursed the shipping cost bared. This is subject to your return having met the requirements of being unused, returned within 3 days
    • Refund or Replacement of the returned purchase would be based on the verification of the item by Cart2Gulf Product Specialist.
  • Q. Where do I send my purchase return?

  • Q. How long will the entire returns process take?
    It can take up to 5 days for us to receive your return, depending on your location and the courier service you use. Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect and start the process of refund or replacement within 72 hours
  • Q. Can I return products that I am not fully satisfied with?
    • We will accept the return of your purchase only if the item received is damaged or defective (not applicable for Domestic Catalogue).
    • We would advise you to check the product description very carefully before purchase to ensure hassle free shopping.
    • We would not be responsible for any compatibility issues for electronic items, computer parts, cameras, mobile phone accessory, etc
    • Within Imported Catalogue, All electronic/electrical items sold by Cart2Gulf are originally meant for use outside of India (110 volt AC input). For usage in India, a step down converter should be used in order to bring down the voltage from 220/240V to 110V. We will not be liable for any electrical damages, failures, loss of performance of such products and/or their accessories. Laptops, Mobile phones, Tablet PC (iPad, Kindle etc) come with a universal 110v-220v charger that can be used worldwide.
  • Q. How does warranty on my purchase with Cart2Gulf work?

    Imported Catalogue – All products come with respective original manufacturer's warranty and most of the manufacturers have authorized service center’s in India. We do not represent any brand or manufacturer. All our products are insured up to your doorstep for damage or for loss in transit for your 100% peace of mind. Any damage should be reported within 1 day of delivery.

  • Q. What should I do if the product becomes defective?
    All our items go through stringent quality checks and are packed securely and safely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. However, if you still receive a damaged or a defective product, we are extremely sorry. Please contact our Customer Support Executive within 1 day of the delivery and we will resolve the complaint in your favor.
  • Q. Are there any items prohibited / restricted for import into UAE?
    Yes, the following categories of products are restricted / prohibited for import into UAE. Orders for such products will not be fulfilled by Cart2Gulf. To avoid delays in processing your order, please ensure that your purchase does not include such products.

  • Q. Are there any items prohibited / restricted for export from USA?
    Effective January 10, 2011 the scope of consumer commodity items that are classified as hazardous material, dangerous goods, prohibited or restricted articles has been significantly widened and the following products cannot be purchased and exported from the US due to significant restrictions and special handling requirements to transport them by air. To avoid delays in processing your order, please ensure that your purchase does not include such products.

  • Q. Why has Cart2Gulf listed a restricted item on sale?
    Our Content Management Team ensures that only saleable items are listed on the website. However, errors may happen during bulk listing of items. Please contact our Customer Support Executive for any such verification before the purchase. Any purchase of restricted item will be cancelled for a full refund and intimated to you.
Tag Along
  • Q. What is Tag Along?

    Tag Along is a rewards program where you can earn C2i bucks by recommending products. Below are a few important points

    You can tag products by clicking on the tag button on the product page. A product can be tagged only by one user at one time. Once a product is tagged no other user can tag it until it has been un-tagged

    Every purchase made by any user for a tagged product, the Tagger will earn a certain amount of bucks on that transaction. One C2I Buck = One AED (this can be used on your next transaction)

    A user can tag up to 10 products at any given time

    Each tag is un-tagged automatically at the end of 15 days. This basically means that your tag on a product would last for 15 days. You may retag the same product only after a window of 48 hours. This is to allow a fair chance to all to participate on top selling products.

    Tagging will be enabled after your first transaction. This is to ensure we have a clean user base with no individual spamming the concept.

    C2i bucks will be deposited and usable only after the product is delivered. They will be negated if the transaction is cancelled.

  • Q. What are C2i Bucks?

    C2i bucks is a reward program where you earn reward points against each transaction that you make with us. This is a program to reward our loyal customers.

    1 C2i buck = 1 AED

    C2i bucks can be applied only to 50% of the total transaction amount. If you are making a purchase of AED 500 then only a maximum of 2500 bucks can be utilized on that transaction.

    C2i bucks will be deposited and usable only after the product is delivered. They will be negated if the transaction is cancelled.
